Where Is My Purchase Code?
This article is here to help you with a step-by-step guide on how to easily find your purchase code and download your license certificate.
How to Find Your Purchase Code
- Log in to your Jaffar Ali Tech account
- Hover your mouse over your username at the top of the screen
- Click 'Downloads' or 'My Purchases' from the drop-down menu
- Click 'Download' next to the product for which you need the purchase code
- Click 'License certificate & purchase code' (available as PDF or text file)

Alternative Method: Order Confirmation Email
You can also find your purchase code in your order confirmation email:
- Check your email inbox for the order confirmation email from support@jafaralitech.com
- Look for the section titled "License Information" or "Purchase Details"
- Your purchase code will be listed there along with your order details

I don't see a purchase code option in my downloads
Some free products or certain license types may not include a purchase code. If you believe this is an error, please contact support@jaffaralitech.com.
My purchase code is not working
Ensure you are copying the code correctly without extra spaces. Purchase codes are case-sensitive. If issues persist, contact our support team with your order number.
The product came bundled with another purchase
If a plugin or add-on came bundled with a theme or main product, the purchase code for the bundle may be required. Check the main product's license certificate or contact support for clarification.
