Method 1: Support Tab

The support section of every product's page will indicate if the product includes support. You'll find information here about what support includes and how to get it. We also include other helpful details like frequently asked questions about the product, helpful links, and our support response time.

To Find Product Support Information:

  1. Click the "Support" tab under the product's title
  2. To contact our support team, scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click the "Contact Support" button to access our support system
  4. Fill out the support form with your inquiry details

Please Note: Support availability and response times may vary based on your support package. Products without active support will show limited support options.

Method 2: Product Comments

Post your comment on the product page for our team to see, or read through existing comments to see if your question has already been answered. Product comments are visible to everyone and can help other users too.

To Post a Comment:

  1. Sign in (or sign up!) for a Jaffar Ali Tech account
  2. From the product page click the "Comments" tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and type your comment
  4. Select the checkbox next to "Email me when this comment receives a reply" if you would like to be notified of a reply
  5. Click 'Post Comment'

Tip: Before posting a new comment, check existing comments to see if your question has already been answered. This can save you time!

Method 3: Direct Email

For direct assistance, you can email our support team. This is often the fastest way to get help with urgent issues.
