Product support is a service provided for many products on Jaffar Ali Tech. It means our team is available to help you with any issues you have in using the product.

Eligibility: To extend, you must have less than 6 months of support remaining. To renew, your support must have already expired. Support must still be available for the product.

How Do I Extend or Renew My Support?
🔄 Extend Support
For active support with less than 6 months remaining
- Log in to your account
- Hover over your username and click 'Downloads'
- Find the product in your purchase list
- Click on 'Extend now' next to the product
- Complete the payment process
🆕 Renew Support
For expired support periods
- Log in to your account
- Hover over your username and click 'Downloads'
- Find the product with expired support
- Click on 'Renew support now!'
- Complete the payment process
Alternative Method: You can also extend or renew support directly from the product page by clicking the support status indicator.
Why Can't I Extend or Renew Support?
There are two main reasons why you may be unable to extend or renew support:
1. More than 6 months of support remaining
Extensions can only be purchased when you have less than 6 months of support remaining. If you have more than 6 months left, the extend option will not be available until your support period gets closer to expiration.
2. Support no longer available for this product
We may stop offering support for a product for various reasons:
- Product has been retired or discontinued
- Product has reached end-of-life
- Newer version available with different support terms
Note: We will honor any existing support entitlement you may have remaining.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund on support extension?
Support extensions follow our standard refund policy. If you haven't used the support and request a refund within the eligible period, we may be able to process it. Contact support@jaffaralitech.com for assistance.
What happens to my existing support if I extend?
Your new 6-month support period will be added to your existing remaining support time. For example, if you have 3 months left and extend, you'll have 9 months total.
Is there a limit to how many times I can extend?
No, you can extend or renew support as many times as needed, provided support is still being offered for the product and you meet the eligibility criteria.
