What should I do if I haven't received a response?
Note: Our support team handles many requests daily. Standard response times are 24-72 hours depending on issue priority.
Before following up, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Check the product documentation and FAQs
- Review product comments section for similar questions
- Verify you included your order number in the original request
If you still haven't received a response after 72 hours, please send a follow-up email to support@jafaralitech.com with "FOLLOW-UP" in the subject line.
What should I do if my product is not compatible after purchase?
Important: We strongly recommend confirming product compatibility by reviewing system requirements before purchasing.
If you're experiencing compatibility issues:

Support is only available for verified purchases. However, you can:

- Check product documentation and FAQs (if publicly available)
- Contact us for general inquiries about the product
Once you purchase the product, full support benefits will be available to you.
What information should I include in my support request?

How do I extend or renew my support period?
You can extend or renew support from your account:

- Go to Downloads or My Purchases
- Find the product you want to extend
- Click "Extend Now" (if active) or "Renew Support" (if expired)
- Complete the payment process
Pricing: Support extensions cost 62.5% of product price during active period, or 87.5% if renewing after expiration. See our Extend Support page for details.
What is NOT covered by product support?
Product support does not include:
