WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE API WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE API WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

ANY ERRORS IN THE API WILL BE CORRECTED

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAFFAR ALI TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE API

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR API ACCESS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jaffar Ali Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the API

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

Your Application or any content therein

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
