These Premium Terms ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our premium membership tiers, subscription services, exclusive features, and enhanced benefits (collectively "Premium Services"). By subscribing to, purchasing, or using any Premium Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

"Premium Services" refers to all paid subscription tiers, membership programs, exclusive content, and enhanced features offered by Jafar Ali Tech.
"Subscriber" or "Member" means any user who has purchased or activated a Premium Service.
"Subscription Period" means the duration for which Premium Services are active (monthly, quarterly, annual, or lifetime).
"Tier" or "Plan" refers to specific levels of Premium Services with distinct features and pricing.
"Free User" refers to users accessing basic, non-premium features.
"Auto-Renewal" means automatic continuation of subscription at the end of the billing period.
"Grace Period" means the time after subscription expiration during which Premium features remain partially accessible.

Premium Services may be activated through:

Billing Options:
Monthly: Billed every 30 days from subscription date
Quarterly: Billed every 90 days (5% discount)
Annual: Billed every 12 months (20% discount)
Lifetime: One-time payment, perpetual access (where offered)

Apple Pay / Google Pay

Billing Date:
Subscription begins immediately upon payment confirmation
Recurring billing occurs on the same date each cycle
If date doesn't exist (e.g., 31st in shorter month), billing occurs on last day of month
Auto-Renewal:
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Renewal occurs at current pricing (subject to change with notice)
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime via account settings or contacting support
Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time (unless required by law)
Premium access continues until period end
Cancellation Process:

Navigate to "Subscription" or "Billing" settings
Click "Cancel Subscription"

Premium Subscribers receive:
Early access to beta features (Pro and above)
Input on feature roadmap through exclusive surveys
Gradual rollout priority for major updates
Feature request priority consideration
Premium subscribers may:
Use downloaded content in unlimited personal and commercial projects
Modify and customize assets for specific needs
Store assets in personal or team libraries (within storage limits)
Share assets with team members (within seat limits)
Use content in client work and deliverables
Create derivative works for project-specific use
Even with Premium access, you may NOT:
Resell individual assets or content from our library
Include assets in stock libraries, template marketplaces, or design tools
Use content in ways that compete with Jafar Ali Tech
Excessively download for the purpose of building competing databases
Share login credentials to allow non-subscriber access
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to mass-download content
Remove watermarks or copyright notices where present
We monitor usage to prevent abuse:
Reasonable Use: Normal business operations, regular project work
Excessive Use: Downloading entire categories, systematic archiving
Prohibited Use: Reselling, redistribution, competitive scraping
Accounts showing excessive usage patterns may be:
Contacted to discuss appropriate tier upgrade
Temporarily throttled
Suspended pending review
Upon subscription cancellation or expiration:
Projects Created: Continue using content in existing completed projects indefinitely
New Projects: Cannot use downloaded content in new projects after expiration
Storage: Downloaded files should be backed up; cloud storage access ends
License: Commercial license remains valid for projects completed during active subscription
Pricing is displayed in your local currency where available. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Your bank may charge conversion fees

Example: Upgrade from Basic ($9.99) to Pro ($29.99) on day 15 of 30-day cycle:
Pay difference: $10.00 (half of $20 difference)
Next billing: Full $29.99
At Renewal:
Change takes effect at next billing date
Current tier features remain until period ends
No partial refunds for downgrading mid-cycle
Storage/Usage Limits:
If over new tier limits, grace period of 30 days to reduce usage
After grace period, excess content may be archived
Team members beyond new limit will lose access
Monthly to Annual: Immediate 20% discount applied, next billing in 12 months
Annual to Monthly: Takes effect at annual renewal date
No partial refunds for switching from annual to monthly mid-cycle
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription
Applies to first-time subscribers only
One refund per account lifetime
No questions asked (though feedback appreciated)
Pro-Rated Refunds (Annual Plans):
After 7 days, annual subscribers may receive pro-rated refund
Calculated from unused full months
Administrative fee of $15 or 10% (whichever is less) applies
No Refunds For:
Monthly subscriptions after 7 days
Partial months used
Gift card or promotional code redemptions
Enterprise custom agreements (unless specified)
Violations of Terms of Service leading to termination

To claim SLA credits:

We use Premium subscriber data to:
Provide and improve Premium Services
Personalize content recommendations
Generate usage analytics and reports
Prevent fraud and abuse
Communicate about service updates
Active accounts: Data retained for service provision
Cancelled accounts: Data retained for 90 days, then anonymized
Enterprise: Custom retention policies per agreement
Legal requirements may override standard retention
Premium subscribers retain all privacy rights under our [Privacy Policy] and applicable laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

No obligation to renew or continue
Data export available for 30 days post-cancellation
We may terminate or suspend Premium Services for:
Payment Issues:
Failed payment after retry attempts
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Fraudulent payment methods
Policy Violations:
Violation of these Premium Terms
Violation of general Terms & Conditions
Abuse of fair use policies
Reselling or redistribution of content
Inactivity:
12+ months without login (with 30-day notice)
Account may be downgraded to Free tier
Upon termination:
Immediate loss of Premium feature access
Team member access revoked (Business/Enterprise)
API keys disabled
Data retained per Section 11.3
No refund for prepaid unused time (unless required by law)
We continuously improve Premium Services:
New features added without price increase (usually)
Features may be deprecated with 90-day notice
Replacement features typically provided
Major changes communicated via email and dashboard
Annual subscribers protected from increases for 12 months
Monthly subscribers receive 30-day notice
Option to cancel if new pricing unacceptable
Grandfathering may apply to loyal customers
If tiers are restructured:
Current subscribers maintain equivalent or better features
Price protection for existing billing cycle
Option to switch to new tiers if beneficial
Premium Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We warrant that:
Services will materially conform to descriptions
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime
Support will be provided as specified in SLA
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO PREMIUM SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits or revenue
Data loss (backup responsibility remains with user)
Third-party service failures
These Premium Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
Disputes shall be resolved through:
Informal resolution via customer support
Mediation if informal resolution fails
Binding arbitration or litigation in appropriate forum
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class or collective action.

Understand that violation may result in termination without refund
